FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - I
A one-day Faculty Development Program on "Strategies for Quality Enhancement" was held at St. Joseph College of Engineering on July 21, 2025. The program aimed to equip faculty with effective approaches to improve academic quality and institutional performance. Dr. T. Manvel Raj, Principal, served as the resource person and delivered an insightful session. He emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and strategic initiatives in higher education.
